Merchant Portal - Account Creation

Please provide the information requested below to create an account. Please also provide one Taxpayer Identification Number ("TIN") and documentation showing you have the right to act on behalf of the merchant to which the TIN belongs. The Class Administrator will review your documentation and, if it is sufficient, search its records to see if it has interchange transaction fee information for the merchant. You will be notified via email once the Class Administrator's review is complete. You can additional TINs to your account once it has been created, and the Class Administrator will attempt to search its records for those as well.

Proof of Authorization documentation showing you have authority to act on behalf of the TIN you provided is required before you can submit a Claim. If available, please upload your Proof of Authorization below. If you do not have that documentation available now, you may be contacted by the Class Administrator and asked to provide it at a later date.
